Signature Programs - Immunology and Infectious Diseases
Formed in 2007, the Division of Immunology and Infectious Diseases is housed in the Department of Pediatrics. Faculty provide consultative clinical service in the diagnosis and management of infectious diseases in children, and the diagnostic evaluation and comprehensive management of children with HIV/AIDS and primary immune deficiency disorders.
Research activities span the spectrum from basic and translational research in immunology and tumor virology to clinical research and clinical trials in infectious diseases and immune deficiency.
