Dr. David McCall Memorial Fund banner

Dr. David McCall retired from UT Health San Antonio at the end of August 2014 after more than 31 years of dedicated service and was recognized this year as Professor Emeritus. Dr. McCall’s career enriched us all with multiple contributions in research and health care. His love of teaching and focus in Acute Coronary Care as the Coronary Care Director at UHS has influenced three generations of medical students, interns, residents, and fellows and yes even practitioners.

Donations to the Dr. David McCall Professorship in Cardiovascular Disease fund will provide financial support for the selected faculty member to be used in his or her work in continuing the high educational standards and pursuits Dr. McCall has established.
