The Anne Fishburne Briscoe Endowed Scholarship in Nursing supports non-traditional, 2nd degree students who are returning to school to pursue a nursing degree.  It is not a merit based or financial need based award.  Recipients should encompass the passion, ability and dedication to the nursing profession.
