Steven Schenker, M.D. Endowed Professorship in Medicine

The Steven Schenker, M.D. Endowed Professorship in Medicine was established in 2004 through gifts from a multitude of donors who wished to honor Dr. Schenker's legacy of 19 years of service to the Division of Gastroenterology and Nutrition at UT Health San Antonio and his significant contributions to the clinical understanding of liver disease over the course of his distinguished career.
