Caring for the Caregiver program

At UT Health San Antonio School of Nursing, we recognize the care for a person with a chronic illness or disability is not complete without addressing the needs of the caregiver. Focusing on caregivers of those with Alzheimer’s or other dementias, the Caring for the Caregiver program aims to improve the quality of life for family caregivers and those they care for with evidence-based services, support, education and research.
