Rita Yakubik Endowed Graduate Nursing Award for Excellence

The Rita Yakubik Endowed Graduate Nursing Award for Excellence was established in honor of Rita Yakubik, MSN Class of 1987, RN, and her career as a public health and hospice liaison nurse. The funds distributed from the endowment will be used on an annual basis for an award to a master’s degree level student in the School of Nursing who is academically in the top 5 percent of the class and demonstrates innovation in nursing practice or nursing education.
