Sponsorship Details

Your sponsorship of $2,000 will include:

Display Table: Sponsoring organizations will have a display table (with maximum of two representatives) during the Registration and Breakfast period of the conference. This is an opportunity to interact with the approximately 450 attendees who will be funneled through the display table area.

Sponsor Company Description: Sponsorship will include a brief (2-3 sentences provided by sponsor) company description in the conference program.

Recognition: Sponsor’s logo displayed in conference program book and on rotating slide display during the conference. Sponsor’s name listed on website.  Sponsors will be verbally acknowledged during the Opening Remarks.

Conference Participation and Networking: Your company’s representatives are welcome to attend the entire educational event, which includes complimentary registration, breakfast, snacks, and lunch. There will be opportunities for informal networking.
