Celebrating Dr. Dominguez: Compassionate Care That Makes a Difference

March 28, 2024

HAPPY National Providers Day!! The Smith- Freeman family wanted to send a shoutout to Dr. Dominguez for his exceptional service as a pediatrician who has cared and took the time to listen to our family needs every time we come in with questions/concerns. Not to mention Dr. Dominguez always ask Brandon how’s school, sports, and his favorite color things that actually makes my son feel so comfortable that he looks forward to his doctors appointments. It takes more than just seeing patients, it’s all about compassion, communication, and commitment. Thank you, Dr. Dominguez, for showing our family overwhelming support. Please do NOT retire ever!!! :) With appreciation, Mary & Brandon F.

Outstanding Care and Compassion: A Heartfelt Thanks to Dr. Heath, Dr. Schumann, and the Team

November 22, 2024

I wanted to share that Dr. Heath is an absolute angel, and Dr. Schumann, and the others are lovely people. I had a situation with my knee, and they could not have been better. Jessica Colin, you can hear the smile in her voice when she speaks to you. I really appreciate it; she does that coming and leaving. Mikayla Zarate, Dr. Heath's nurse is wonderful, and the staff in general, they enjoy their work. I am greatly appreciative of how wonderful everyone is. - Ann H.

Healing with Confidence

December 09, 2024

I had my left knee surgery done in September 2024. I’m going through physical therapy at this facility. I’m delighted to express my thanks and appreciation during the therapy sessions with my therapist Kayla. She is very competent, she’s natural. She’s very professional with the way she handles my sessions every time. She’s great at explaining and educating me of the exercises, making me understand and aware of expectations, aligning our goals to achieve. She spends time to answer all my questions. I highly appreciate her being detail oriented as she will observe and correct me if need to without delay and make me understand the correction and why. She’s on point in planning the choosing what exercises that address my pain and concerns. I trust her and I feel confident of my positive progress under my therapist , Kayla. After each session I go home happy and with positive outlook regarding my healing and recovery. She’s an asset in this facility. Kudos to Kayla. ~ Julieta T.

Outstanding Care with a Heartfelt Touch

December 18, 2024

My first visit to UT Health Kyle Seale was for a CT scan on December 17th. From the moment I entered the building until I departed, I was amazed at how welcoming and courteous everyone was. From Jessica at the entrance to the reception desk to the Imaging Center staff (Cynthia, Christine, Charlie, and others), everyone treated me like I was a favorite uncle. UT Health is consistently good in its medical practice, but the Kyle Seale facility adds so much more. It is absolutely the friendliest clinic I have ever experienced anywhere. Thank you, Jessica and everyone at Kyle Seale! ~ Michael G.
