International Education Week 2016: Medical Neutrality, presented by Robert S. Lawrence, M.D., co-founder of Physicians for Human Rights. Medical neutrality is the belief that, in times of armed conflict, warring factions must protect civilians, allow the injured from all sides to receive medical care, and refrain from interfering with medical facilities and personnel. International snacks provided.
