The Anatomy of Estate Planning: Understanding the Basics of Wills vs. Trusts
SESSION 3: Fall Financial & Estate Planning Workshops

In this session, the basics of estate planning will be introduced, explained, and made simple so that you are educated in the basics of creating an estate plan so that your legacy is determined by you, not the courts or a judge who has never met you. If you’re not sure where to begin, then start by attending this session.

Our presenter will be Bill Bayern from the Estate Division of the firm of Langley & Banack, Inc.
Location: Howe Conference room of the Briscoe Library - UT Health Science Center at San Antonio
Fees: Free; Attendance for each session will be limited to 30 people so that everyone has a chance to ask their pressing questions.
